Assembly Coffee beans and one of the strongest brunch menus in the neighbourhood. The unique concept: at 5pm they dim the lights, change the music, and flip the walls to transform from a daytime cafe into a speakeasy cocktail bar and dining room. Right outside Ladbroke Grove station with a 6:45am weekday opening for commuters. One of the area's most complete coffee-to-cocktails experiences.
Come twice: 6.45am flat white before the tube, then back after 5pm when the lights dim and the room flips into a cocktail bar.
